A: If you have paid by EFT, your payment cannot be allocated to your account until the funds reflect in the bank account, which can take a few days. If you make payment on a weekend this can be delayed further due to bank processing delays over weekends, and public holidays.
A: There could be a problem with the reference number that has come through and we are unable to allocate the payment, please contact email@example.com if payment doesn’t reflect for more than 4 days after having made payment.
A: An outstanding balance may be due on the account and payment may have been allocated to the outstanding amount (the first payment due) instead. Please be sure to check any statements sent to you, or check via our billing portal.
