I emailed billing my proof of payment and they have not acknowledged receipt of my email. What's going on?

A: We have thousands of customers and it is not possible to respond to and acknowledge these mails, especially over the month end when invoicing and receipting is being done. We use these mails to assist with reconciliation of all accounts.
