I received an Invoice or Payment Reminder from billing department and emailed them advising them that I am experiencing issues with my account and they are not responding. Why?

A: The Crystal Web Billing department handles queries relating to your invoices and payments only, any queries relating to your account performance, authentication issues, Username and Password, Speeds etc need to be addressed directly with our technical support staff.

We will endeavour to move your request to support however this process cannot be guaranteed and it is always far ore efficient to request technical support from our support department, and not billing.
