I received an invoice from Crystal Web for my ADSL line for a date prior to it being confirmed as migrated. Why?

A: There can occasionally be delays/differences between the notice of successful migration to Crystal Web and the actual date it was completed. Should this occur, Crystal Web will invoice from the actual date of successful line migration as these are the costs we incur. You are not double billed as Telkom will issue a credit for any amounts in query in this regard.
