I migrated my line to Crystal Web but I received an invoice from Telkom. Why?

A: Telkom bill in advance and will process a credit to your account (pro-rata) from the date the line was migrated to ourselves.  (Note that we cannot arrange this on your behalf as it is a direct billing query with Telkom – we are unable to process billing queries to Telkom).

A: Telkom will continue to invoice you for the voice portion of your account.
