DNS Problems

Occasionally slow speeds can be as a result of incorrect DNS (domain name service) lookups or routing problems as a result of using another provider's DNS. If your router is set to obtain DNS automatically from your ISP then this is unlikely to be the problem, however using alternate DNS providers like OpenDNS, Google DNS, and Unotelly may result in us delivering content from a source that we have not yet optimised on the network, or that has been optimised, but is now routing via a non-optimised channel.

Please ensure that your DNS settings are set in accordance with the following article - What are the Crystal Web DNS addresses?
